A couple of merchant class concepts I did for an unannounced project.  The idea was for them to be really flamboyant about their riches, with lots of accessories that were all style and not much substance.  These merchants had to show off a certain sense of pride or smugness, as they knew they were the best in their business.

    Nice!  I think you have improved.  There pride or smugness does come through with a lot of character.  But at first glace they feel like wizards or mages to me.
