    This one looks pretty good, I really enjoy your colour choices, they look harmonious and very natural.
    The nose I think is not entirely right, it seems as if the nostrils are sort of tilted. However, what I miss most I think are some hard lines here and there. At some places, like on the forehead, she looks almost too smooth. Some harder shading, and perhaps some fine detail in eyes and skin could help with that. I would also love to see some single accentuated hairs, to make the piece pop more.

    Don't get me wrong though, it looks really really good. I just think you could take it a little further =)
