This image was done recently for a visual fx company. At this point it's not a true matte painting, more of a matte concept sketch because of the many looser areas. But it gets the point across of what the client wanted. I've also been playing Skyrim lately, so I think that influenced it a tad;)...especially the title!
Done entirely in Photoshop in about three days using matte painting and concept art techniques.
