Artist's Comments

This matte painting was quite a challenge. I set myself the goal to create landscape where I cannot hide a lot of things by mist or shadows, so I picked a bright afternoon scenery. I drew some concepts on paper, then did my colour sketches from scratch in photoshop. After that I gradually refined it, painted more details and worked in lots of stock photos. Hope you guys enjoy it, comments and critiques are welcome of course.
