Great use of color and rendering. Design wise, the tail and feet don't harmonize to well with the upper torso. Other than that, awesome!maybe implementing the tail scales, in a way where the scales ride up the crotch and into the chest area so it blends more, and maybe make the feet smaller.

In descriptions of Cthulhu the wings are described as "rudimentary" and "narrow" so this is my interpritation. I like the idea that they are vestigal.
