    First of all, nice character! And the pose is great because it is very dynamic. One thing that seems to bother me a bit is the placement of the joints, such as the socket on the arm in front and perhaps the legs/where is it connecting to the hip. You've made it very humanoid due to the pose, so these are just small little, "what ifs?" that cross my mind. I am not sure how the anatomy of a chameleon is like, though, it is dependent on your reference. But good painting overall.
