Personal Study (2006) I started this picture with the idea of doing a tall but non-natural structure, a kind of large arena which could give impression of greatness.

    I knew your image for a longer time (used it for my mobile phone for a while) and just re-discovered it here again. Really nice atmosphere and depth, especially the lighning and brigher areas in the right half are fine.
    Just the fairy seems a bit misplaced in my opinion (but looks fine also)

    Love the lighting you use in your pieces. The haze and dust makes it all that more real.

    That's right, the Arena idea somehow evolved, so we don't feel it anymore. Even, it doesn't go out of my mind :).

    Oh wow, you know how to work light. It does not feel like an arena to me, though. More like a quiet market in the morning, or like some alley between tall fantasy buildings in medieval type of setting.
    It really carries a mood with it though, which is very appealing.
