This is the image I ended up submitting for the 'Newwborn' challenge at Conceptart.org, after faffing about with several others and not liking how they were going.  Last minute panic of course.  What fun would it be without that?
Primarily done in ArtRage with a tiny bit of Sketchbook Pro thrown in for the final stages.
