Artist's Comments

A column of King's men (mostly soldiers) flying the standards of House Baratheon (a black crowned stag on a golden field) make their way through a treacherous mountain pass that eventually leads to the base of the mountain on which The Eyrie can be found. The small, white, 7 towered castle that rests on the shoulder of a mountain, can be seen in the distance as the eventual goal of the expedition. It is a autum, and raining.

    Haha, wow, those men must really trust their horses...that's going down steeeeep there.
    I like your solid way of brushing, you have very clear lines, and a great use of colours. They're all rather subtle, but together they make for a great image.
