In the year 2088, the face of the earth has changed dramatically. Rising seas have forced people to live in densely populated cities. Personal jetpacks have been outlawed due to high noise pollution and public safety issues. This however does not stop the occasional rogue criminal attempting to evade the local law enforcement officers by using black market or homemade jetpacks. To combat this threat the police have formed an elite team of airborne units who are trained in mid air tactics and who are equipped with state of the art technology.
