Artist's Comments

This is the final design of the Caterpillar I did for Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland".
You may notice a slight similarity to Alan Rickman regarding the face.
There's no use of 3d in this image, it's all painted.

    that is crazy. I thought you used some kind of 3D application for this then painted on it. It would be wonderful to see your process someday... unless you already have a tutorial somewhere?
    Really inspiring work man :)
