    This is one of very few vehicle designs I've seen that has personality and charm.
    It is almost like a character.

    Beautifully clumsy. Looks to me like it was a Citroen flying vehicle 50 years ago, went rotting in a field, then got discovered - and made into a car - with whatever was available!
