I really like the feel and concept behind this piece, a robot singing sweetly enough to catch a hummingbird off guard! However, I wish I could see more of the environment. Having seen your other work, my eye wants to see the entirety of the robot's body, see those buildings in the background etc. On the whole, though, I REALLY enjoy the consistent themes of your art and want to see more pieces!
Very funny idea and tasteful comment! I like how the robot looks. But having said that, I do have one thing to suggest. Try to add a ball-in-socket joint where the thumb connects to the rest of the hand. Again, awesome work, concept and shading!

i am instantly reminded by the works of John Foster, but you try to achieve a more cartoonish look, which makes it different and an interresting approach, even if the subject is similar.keep it up!
Jon and I are actually old and dear friends. In total honesty he was the one that first inspired me to do these robots so that there's a little of him in there is no surprise.
