    So you want a critique? Certainly. First of all it is, as usual, stellar work. Love the sparks and the difference in density between fore and background. I'd consider another pose tho. Took me a few to figure out that he had one leg in a manhole. Perhaps waist high with one arm pushing up off the rim and the other placing the lantern? But far be it from me to offer up alternatives.

    The head is at a perfect side profile, but looks nice silhouetted against the mist. Putting the birds _below_ the subject was a nice touch to create a sense of vertigo.

    Where are his tools?

    As far as composition, consider moving the subject out of the center on this one. With such depth, off-center placement could really give it a further boost.
