Hey everyone!

Here is my newest matte painting. It is based on an old concept painting I did years ago. I really enjoyed painting the concept way back when but I had the urge to revisit it and turn it into something new with a lot more detail. I have been working on this one off and on now for a long time and it feels good to have it finally finished.

While I have created all the environment, a friend created the ship you see. I did all the concept work for the ship and he did the 3d modeling and texturing which I think turned out great. His name is Kary Black and you can view his website here www.karyblack.com.
